Share an application
This guide explains how to manage access to an application in VaultysHub: sharing with folders, with users, and removing access.
Common Application Password
In a Password Manager application, you can set a common password per folder. This password will be used by all users of the folder to log in to the application.
SSO Configuration
VaultysHub acts as an identity provider (IdP) and supports two SSO protocols: SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Your external applications delegate authentication to VaultysHub β your users log in once and access all their applications.
Groups
For an OIDC or SAML application, VaultysHub can transmit the user's list of groups to the application at each login. Configured to read this list, the application places the user in the correct groups upon their first login: they gain immediate access to the content relevant to them, without an administrator needing to log into the application to assign them.
SCIM Provisioning
SCIM provisioning (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) allows VaultysHub to automatically synchronize user accounts and groups with your external applications. Connect VaultysHub to your target application once, and then manage everything from VaultysHub.

License Management
VaultysHub helps you analyze your active licenses and costs by application for better budget control.
Launchers
A launcher is a shortcut to a specific page of an application. It opens the same application, with the same authentication and access rights, but on a different URL.
