Do you have a question, a technical problem, or a specific request? The VaultysHub support form allows you to contact the Vaultys team directly.

Accessing Support​

In the top bar, click on the headset icon — its tooltip indicates "Report a bug or request a feature." It is accessible from any page of the administration.

Indicate the subject of your request

Provide a clear and concise subject describing the nature of your request.

Describe your problem or request in detail. The more precise your message is, the faster we can assist you.
