Training on VaultysHub
These paths are followed alone, at your own pace. They do not replace the manual: they organize it. Each lesson tells you why a function exists and what you need to know how to do when you finish, then sends you to do the exercise in VaultysHub, with the manual page open next to it.

Start with user training: you will do everything your collaborators will do, and you will know how to answer their questions.
How a lesson unfolds
Each lesson follows the same plan:
- A header at the top of the page: duration, prerequisites, and necessary offer. A Basic offer badge means that the function is available to everyone; a Module … badge means that it only appears if your organization has subscribed to that module.
- The objectives: check them off as you go through the lesson.
- Why it's useful: the concrete situation that the function addresses.
- Your turn: the exercise, step by step, with a link to the manual page that details each screen.
- Check your knowledge: a short quiz corrected immediately. The lesson is finished once the quiz is fully answered.
- To remember: the essentials in three points.
Tracking your progress
Your checked objectives, your answers, and your best score on each quiz are recorded in this browser. Each path has its dashboard, My progress: user training and administrator training. It summarizes your advancement lesson by lesson (and module by module for administrators), and offers you to pick up where you left off.
What you need
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) to install VaultysID.
- A computer with Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or a compatible browser for the portal and the extension.
- Users: an invitation from your administrator in a VaultysHub organization.
- Administrators: a test organization. The free offer is sufficient for the foundation (up to 3 users). It does not allow activating a module: to follow a module, request a temporary activation from Vaultys.
