Why It's Useful
Karim creates the organization of Comptalys on a Monday morning. He does not enter any password: his identity is the VaultysID installed on his phone. A few minutes later, he has a personalized address, the unique entry point that his colleagues will use every day.
The creator of the organization becomes the owner. He has access to both the user menu, like any collaborator, and the administrator menu.
Your Turn
- Create your test organization. Go to go.vaultys.com and follow the instructions. The details of the screens are in Create Your VaultysHub.
- Create your VaultysID. Scan the QR code with your phone to install the application, or choose the Alternative tab to use it in the browser. Click on Next.
- Test your identity. Open VaultysID and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
- Fill out the creation form and then enter the verification code received by email. You will be redirected to your VaultysHub.
- Note your organization's address. This is the one you will share with your collaborators.
- Switch to administrator mode, then return to user mode, as indicated in Administrator Mode.
- Open the profile menu, at the top right, and choose your display language. See Getting Started with VaultysHub.
Just Discovering?
The demo site allows you to explore VaultysHub without creating an organization. For the rest of the training, having your own organization is essential.
