Pilot: dashboard, configuration, support
Objectives
Why it's useful
Three weeks after the launch, Karim opens the dashboard every Monday. The "Needs Attention" panel alerts him to two registered collaborators without any access, and an empty folder. Two clicks later, it's resolved.
Your turn
- Complete the wizard. Open Configuration, tab Progression. The five steps (Shares, Team Members, Applications, Access Policy, Browser Extension) validate themselves as soon as the data exists. Complete the missing ones. See Configuration.
- Install the extension if you haven't already: it's the last step of the wizard. At 100%, the Progression tab disappears.
- Browse the other tabs on the Configuration page: Organization, Policies, Import, Extension, Webhooks, and API.
- Open the dashboard. Click on Dashboard and browse the five tabs: Overview, Users, Applications, Access, and Security. See Dashboard.
- Change the observation period and observe the evolution of the indicators.
- Address an item from the Needs Attention panel by clicking on it.
- Locate support: the headset icon at the top opens the contact form. See Support.
Some screens only appear if the corresponding module is active. This is the case for several tabs in Configuration (Policies belongs to the Bastion module, Webhooks and API belong to the Integration module, part of Extension belongs to the Anti-phishing and Shadow IT modules) and some tiles on the dashboard. A screen reserved for a non-subscribed module appears locked, with a presentation of the module.
The dashboard history is limited by the retention period of your organization's audit events: 30 days by default.

To remember
- The configuration wizard guides you to 100%, then disappears.
- The dashboard and its "Needs Attention" panel are your weekly review.
- Some tabs and indicators depend on the subscribed modules.
