Pricing and Modules

VaultysHub consists of a basic offer and six modules that you can activate à la carte. You only pay for what you use, and you can add or remove a module at any time.

All prices are per registered user and per year, excluding taxes.

The Basic Offer​

Standard — €40 per user per year.

It contains everything you need to make VaultysHub the single entry point for your applications:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) using OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0
  • Users: invitations, roles, account lifecycle
  • Applications: catalog, login, sharing
  • Folders: grouping of applications and access rights management

What is not included in the basic offer​

This is the most important point on this page:

  • no password manager (neither in the portal nor in the extension)
  • no SCIM provisioning, no webhooks, no workflow API, no import from Google Workspace or an LDAP directory — CSV import is included, as well as import from Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory (see the AD section)
  • no Shadow IT detection
  • no compliance reports or audit trail
  • no anti-phishing protection
  • no access policies, no Windows Hello login, no AI agents

Each of these points corresponds to a module below.

The AD Section, offered outside of the modules​

The AD section (directory security) does not belong to any module: it is currently offered to all organizations, regardless of their offer — including the Free offer. It is marked Free in the portal menu. It includes:

  • the login of Microsoft Entra ID or an on-premises Active Directory
  • the security analysis of the directory, every night or on demand, with a score and remediation recommendations
  • the automatic deactivation (optional) of accounts that have left the directory
  • the import of users from the directory
  • the Directory Security card in the dashboard

This free offer is linked to the launch of the section: if it were to join a module, the portal would stop indicating it as free.

The Free Offer​

The Free offer remains available: up to 3 active users and basic functions. It does not allow the activation of any module.

The Modules​

Password Manager​

€9 per user per year.

  • Define and share passwords from the portal and from the extension
  • Automatic form filling for login
  • One-time codes (TOTP)
  • Secure notes

Shadow IT​

€9 per user per year.

  • Inventory of Shadow IT applications in the portal
  • Detection from the extension, with or without user consent
  • Review, authorization, and conversion to managed application

Integration​

€9 per user per year.

  • SCIM: automatic provisioning and deprovisioning to your applications
  • Webhooks: notification of your systems on every event
  • Workflow API: control of VaultysHub from your own tools
  • MCP Server: administration of VaultysHub by an AI assistant (Claude, Cursor, …)
  • Directory Import: Google Workspace and LDAP directories (Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory go through the AD section, offered)

Bastion​

€9 per user per year.

  • Access Policies: which machines can reach which applications
  • Windows Hello: login from a Windows workstation
  • Custom Devices — coming soon
  • AI agents authenticated by their own VaultysID — coming soon

The registration and management of their own devices by your users are part of the basic offer: this module adds central control.

Compliance​

€7 per user per year.

  • Reports ISO 27001 (access control), monthly CISO and CTO; NIS2, SOC 2, DORA, and other frameworks via the CISO Assistant integration
  • Traceability: complete audit trail, search, and filters
  • Sharing links for reports for your auditors

To send the audit trail to an external tool (webhook audit.event), the Integration module is also required.

Anti-Phishing​

€7 per user per year.

  • Anti-phishing settings by organization or by user
  • Blacklist of domains
  • Warning banners displayed by the extension before entering credentials

The Platinum Offer​

Price on request. It includes the basic offer and the six modules, with no selection to make. It is the offer for our historical clients. Contact us to learn about the conditions.

How to Activate a Module​

There is no online purchase: contact us and the activation is carried out by Vaultys, without service interruption and without redeployment of the extension. The corresponding screens appear in the portal as soon as the activation is done.

The Upgrade page of the portal (left menu, visible to the organization owner) summarizes the modules you own and estimates the annual cost for your number of active users.

Frequently Asked Questions​

What happens if I remove a module?​

Your data is retained. The corresponding screens disappear from the portal and the corresponding functions turn off in the extension, but nothing is deleted: if you reactivate the module later, you will find everything. The sharing links for reports already sent to an auditor remain valid until they expire.

Is the price per registered user or per active user?​

Per registered user. A deactivated account is not charged.

Does the extension work without the Password Manager module?​

Yes. The extension remains the way to log in to your applications and open them with one click. It is the automatic filling, TOTP codes, and access to passwords that are disabled.

Can I test a module before committing?​

Yes. Contact us for a temporary activation.

What happens to the old offers?​

The Family, Console, Premium, and Enterprise offers are no longer marketed. Organizations benefiting from them have been switched to Platinum, without loss of functionality.
