For Collaborators

Management of the Implementation of VaultysHub

The implementation of VaultysHub within your company requires proactive management to ensure a smooth and secure transition to this new access management tool. This initiative is led by the system administrator, who oversees the integration of VaultysHub with existing systems and ensures user training.

The Challenge of Change Management in Your Company

Change management is critically important when introducing VaultysHub. It is essential to raise awareness among collaborators about the benefits of this solution and to address their concerns to facilitate their adherence to the process. We have planned documentation to help facilitate this awareness.

What to Tell Collaborators at the Time of Implementing VaultysHub

When implementing VaultysHub, it is crucial to communicate clearly with collaborators. It is important to highlight the security and convenience benefits that VaultysHub brings, while explaining the necessary steps for its integration into their daily workflows.

Over Time

Inviting Collaborators to Request the Addition of New Useful Services in VaultysHub

Collaborators are encouraged to propose the addition of new services in VaultysHub to continuously improve the efficiency and relevance of the tool for their specific needs. This approach fosters continuous adaptation to the changing requirements of the company.

Arrival of a New Collaborator

Upon the arrival of a new collaborator, the administrator assigns a secure VaultysID, thereby simplifying access to critical resources from day one. This ensures a quick and secure integration within the team.

Departure of a Collaborator

In the event of a collaborator's departure, they may retain their personal VaultysID for future use while revoking access to company resources. This measure ensures data security while respecting the collaborator's privacy.

A Collaborator Refuses to Load VaultysID on Their Smartphone

If a collaborator refuses to load VaultysID on their smartphone, alternatives are available, including the use of VaultysID on a secure personal computer. This allows for maintaining access security while respecting individual technology preferences.

A Collaborator Has Lost (lost, stolen, broken...) the Smartphone on Which Their VaultysID Was Loaded

In case of loss, theft, or damage to the smartphone containing VaultysID, the collaborator must immediately inform the administrator. Planned security measures allow for revoking access and activating recovery procedures to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data.

This proactive and inclusive approach ensures that VaultysHub is not only effective in terms of data security but also flexible to meet the needs and individual preferences of collaborators within your company.
