Folders in SmartLink allow you to organize access in your SmartLink in an optimal way.

You can create a folder structure and assign applications and users to each of them.

📄️ Create and Organize Folders

In SmartLink, folders are at the core of access policy. A folder groups applications and users: any user who is a member of a folder automatically has access to all the applications it contains, without individual configuration.

📄️ Manage a Folder

Once your folder is created, you can configure it in detail: rename the folder, manage its members and their rights, assign applications, and view saved passwords.

📄️ Access Rules

Access Rules (Device Access Policies) allow the administrator to finely control the conditions under which users can authenticate: browser type, operating system, security level of the VaultysID identity, allowed IP addresses, etc.
