Password Manager Module
What the module provides
SSO covers applications that can communicate using OpenID Connect or SAML. For all others, there remain credentials and passwords. The Password Manager module brings them into VaultysHub:
- define and share passwords from the portal and from the extension;
- automatically fill in login forms;
- generate one-time codes (TOTP);
- attach internal notes to applications, users, and folders.
Karim manages the IT for a firm of 20 people. The account for the tax site, the energy supplier, and the transporter are shared by the entire accounting team, and the password circulates in a spreadsheet. With the module, he organizes these credentials in the "Accounting" folder: everyone logs in without ever seeing the password circulate.
Pricing and Activation
€9 per user per year, in addition to the basic offer. There is no online purchase: activation is carried out by Vaultys, without service interruption or redeployment of the extension. See Pricing and Modules.
The data is retained. The password manager disappears from the portal, and the extension stops auto-filling, TOTP codes, and access to passwords. However, it remains the means to open applications with one click. Everything returns to reactivation.
