Compliance Module
What the module provides
“Who had access to this application in March?”, “Prove to us that the accounts of those leaving are closed.” The Compliance module gives you what you need to respond:
- traceability: a complete audit trail, with search and filters;
- monthly reports from the CISO and CTO, and the ISO 27001 access control report;
- sharing links to send these reports to your auditors.
Claire is the CISO of a software publisher with 80 people who is preparing for her ISO 27001 certification. Until now, each access review cost her two days of extractions. With the module, the auditor receives a link to the reports every month, and Claire answers his questions by filtering the audit log. See also the use case Responding to a security audit.
Pricing and activation
€7 per user per year, in addition to the basic offer. Activation is carried out by Vaultys, without service interruption. See Pricing and modules.
Data is retained and the Compliance menu disappears. The sharing links for reports already sent to an auditor remain valid until they expire.
