Log in without a password
The context
Karim is a salesperson at TechSales. Every morning, he has to log in to his CRM, his email, the prospecting tool, the sales tracking dashboard, and the intranet. With a different password for each (security policy requires it), he loses 10 minutes every day. And once a month, he has to reset at least one forgotten password.
The problem without VaultysHub
- 5 applications = 5 different passwords to remember
- Complex passwords imposed by the security policy
- Time wasted every day on login screens
- Regular resets that block work
- The temptation to write down passwords on a Post-it (major security risk)
With VaultysHub
Step 1 — Scan his VaultysID (10 seconds)
Karim opens his browser. VaultysHub prompts him to authenticate. He scans a QR code with his phone and validates with his fingerprint. That's it.
Step 2 — Access his applications (1 click each)
His dashboard displays all his applications sorted by frequency of use. Karim clicks on the CRM — VaultysHub opens the application and connects him automatically. No login form, no password to enter.
Step 3 — Work calmly
Throughout the day, Karim navigates between his applications without ever re-entering credentials. The VaultysHub browser extension detects login pages and connects him automatically.
