Share an application

1. Access the admin console​

Click on the top right menu of SmartLink and then on Admin Mode to access the admin console.

2. Click on Applications​

Access the applications management page by clicking on the Admin -> Applications tab.

3. Click on Share​

Find an application in the list, then click on the Share button.

4. Share the application with a user​

In the Users tab, use the search bar to search for users who do not have direct access to the application.

In the search results, click on a user to share the application directly with them.

5. Remove a user​

When you are outside the search, the list of users who have direct access to the application is displayed. Click on a user from the list to remove their access (note that the user may still have access to the application through a folder).

6. Share the application with folders​

In the Folders tab, click on the + when hovering over a folder to share the application with that folder and its descendants.

7. Remove sharing with a folder​

Similarly, click on the cross when hovering over a folder to remove the application sharing with that folder.
