Share an Application

1. Click on Applications

Access the application management page by clicking on the Admin -> Applications tab.

2. Click on Share

Find an application in the list, then click on the Share button.

3. Share the application with folders

In the Folders tab, click on a folder to share or unshare the application with that folder and its subfolders.

4. Share the application with a folder

In the Folders tab, use the search bar to search for folders that do not have direct access to the application.

In the search results, click on a user to directly share the application with them.

5. Remove a user

When you are outside the search, the list of users who have direct access to the application is displayed. Click on a user from the list to remove their access (note that the user may still have access to the application through a folder).
