License Management

SmartLink helps you analyze your active licenses and costs per application for better budget control.

You can define the price of a license for each application, and let SmartLink estimate your total costs based on the number of users who have access to that application.

Enter 0 users so that SmartLink can estimate the number of licenses itself. To do this, it will rely on:

  • The actual number of accounts in the application. This is only possible if the SCIM interface is configured (Provisioning tab).
  • The number of SmartLink users who have access to the application, either directly or through a folder.
