Import Applications

You can import applications from any CSV file. Most password managers offer an export feature in this format.

1. Go to the admin console​

Click on the menu at the top right of SmartLink and then on Admin Mode to access the admin console.

2. Click on Applications​

Go to the applications management page by clicking on the Admin -> Applications tab.

3. Click on Import Applications​

4. Click on Import​

Click on Import to open the file explorer, and select the file you want to import.

5. Map the fields​

The different columns in the file will be detected. Then, select the SmartLink equivalence for each field you want to import.
For example, if the file contains a "password" field, click on the dropdown menu on the right and choose "Password".

6. Click on Next​

7. Select the applications to import​

The list of applications you are about to import will be displayed in a table. You can select applications and then click on the Delete button to exclude certain applications from the import.

8. Click on Import​
