Create your folders

1. Go to the administration console

Click on the menu at the top right of SmartLink and then on Administrator Mode to access the administration console

2. Click on Folders

3. Click on Add

To add a folder to the root, click on the Add button at the top right of the page

4. Enter the folder name

In the window that opens, enter the name of your folder and then click on the Save button

Your folder is then visible in the tree structure

6. Drag and Drop

Drag a folder into another to move it. For example, by dragging the Admins folder into the AgenceA folder, you move the Admins folder to have /AgenceA/Admins

7. Add a subfolder

Double click on a folder to view the subfolders.

Right-click on a folder to display the actions. Select "Add a subfolder" to create a folder directly inside another.

8. Delete a folder

Right-click on a folder, then click on "Delete" to delete a folder and its descendants.

9. Overview

When you click on a folder, an overview is displayed on the right. You can find some action buttons there (also available via right-click). One can also
