Assign Apps
1. Access the admin console
Click on the top right menu of SmartLink and then on Admin Mode to access the admin console.
2. Click on Folders

3. Folder actions
You can configure the apps of a folder by clicking on the folder actions icon and then clicking on "Configure apps".
4. Search for an app
In the window that appears, use the search bar to add an app to the folder.
5. Add an app
Click on an app to add it.
6. Remove an app
Click outside the search to close it. Under the search bar, the apps shared with the folder appear. Click on an app to remove it from the folder.
Using the overview
7. Click on a folder
Click on a folder to display the folder overview on the right.
8. Select apps
Click on the first icon (Configure apps). The app selection window appears again.
Using the configuration page
9. Access the configuration page
To access the folder's configuration page, click on it, then click on the gear icon (Configure group), or right-click and select "Configure".
10. Click on applications
The applications tab allows you to manage the apps of a folder. Click on "Applications" to access it.
11. Select apps
Then click on the "Update apps" button. The app selection window opens again.
