Assign Apps
1. Access the admin console
Click on the top right menu of SmartLink and then on Admin Mode to access the admin console.
2. Click on Folders
Using right-click
3. Right-click on the folder
You can configure the apps of a folder by right-clicking on it and then clicking on "Configure apps".
4. Select the apps
A window with two columns will open. The left column contains the list of apps in the folder. The right column contains other apps from SmartLink. Click on an app to add/remove it from the folder.
Using the overview
5. Click on a folder
Click on a folder to display the overview of the folder on the right.
6. Select the apps
Click on the first icon (Configure apps). The app selection window will appear again.
Using the configuration page
7. Access the configuration page
To access the folder's configuration page, click on it, then click on the gear icon (Configure group), or right-click and click on "Configure".
8. Click on applications
The applications tab allows you to manage the apps in a folder. Click on "Applications" to access it.
9. Select the apps
Then click on the "Update apps" button. The app selection window will open again.
