Contact Form

The different paid licenses of SmartLink give you access to support via email.

1. Access the administration console

Click on the menu at the top right of SmartLink, then on Administrator Mode to access the administration console.

2. Click on the support tab

If your license allows it, the Support tab appears on the left, click on it to ask us a question.

3. Ask us your question

Ask us your question directly from the Support page. We will respond to you as soon as possible, at the email address you have configured in your SmartLink.
